Rafting is an outdoor activity, and smoke from seasonal wildfires is sometimes a part of summer in Central Oregon. We closely monitor air quality throughout the season and make all operational decisions with the safety of our guests and staff in mind.
If Seventh Mtn Rafting determines that conditions are unsafe and we cancel a trip due to smoke or air quality, guests will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
If trips are operating as scheduled, our standard 72-hour cancellation policy remains in effect. Guests who choose to cancel due to smoke or personal air quality concerns within 72 hours of their scheduled trip are not eligible for a refund.
We understand that everyone has a different level of comfort with smoke, and certain medical conditions may make it difficult to participate. While refunds cannot be provided when trips are operating, management may, at its discretion, offer a trip voucher or credit that can be used later in the current season or the following season. Voucher eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to applying this policy fairly and consistently to all of our guests.
